Texas LPC Associate supervision
Supervision that helps you build judgment, confidence, and ethical clarity

Clinical growth
What we can work on together
The point is not to make you perform with certainty. The point is to help you think clearly, practice ethically, recognize what you know, identify what you need to learn, and make responsible clinical decisions. I enjoy seeing my supervisees grow, and I will support your professional growth.
Case thinking
Better clinical judgment, not just more confidence
We will slow down the case material, identify what matters, and align your next steps with a clear clinical rationale. Confidence grows through practice, feedback, consultation, and learning to tolerate uncertainty responsibly.
Private practice readiness
Discuss policies, fees, referrals, documentation, systems, fit, boundaries, and responsible growth when private practice is part of your path.
Professional identity
Develop your own voice and theoretical grounding while learning to receive feedback and consult well.
How the work feels
Supportive enough to be honest, structured enough to be useful
Supervision should make room for your questions while still taking client care seriously. That means direct feedback, thoughtful consultation, and room to talk through the parts of clinical work that feel uncertain. Read more about my supervision approach.
Supervision fees
Clear pricing for individual and group supervision
Supervision fees should be easy to understand before you reach out. Fit, availability, setting, and BHEC requirements still need to be reviewed before supervision begins.
$150 per supervision hour
Individual supervision. Focused time for your cases, development goals, documentation, ethics, and practice questions.
$80 per supervision hour
Group supervision. Learn through case discussion and perspectives from other Texas LPC Associates. Availability depends on enrollment, fit, and scheduling.
Monthly supervision options
These monthly supervision plans are intentional plan prices. Individual and group hourly fees remain available where appropriate.
Texas BHEC compliance
Know the requirements and verify the rules
Official BHEC rules and the signed supervisory agreement control. This section is a practical orientation, not a substitute for checking the current board rules. For related articles, visit the Texas LPC supervision blog.
Good fit matters
Supervision is available when there is a good clinical, ethical, and scheduling fit.
Zoom throughout Texas
Supervision is provided through Zoom for Texas LPC Associates.
Group availability varies
Group supervision depends on enrollment, fit, and scheduling.
